Work Experience

Take a look at some of my past work experiences below.

BTO Salad Picking Accuracy

Supply Chain Analyst

In my role, I used Python to audit vendor partners and ensure their picking accuracy was 99.99%. When auditing 60 BTO salad stores out of 800, I found their picking accuracy was only 50-75%, well below the 99.99% threshold. I reported these findings to our vendor partners to address and correct the issue.

Driver Records Sheet

Supply Chain Analyst

An analysis of our driver performance tracking data revealed that overall records indicate that 10% of drivers have been reported, with 6% being repeat offenders. These findings highlight a significant issue with recurrent violations among a small subset of drivers.

Hashbrown Sales Decline

Customer Service Associate

I engaged in a conversation with Wawa's CEO Chris Gheysens about a potential $30 million loss in sales due to a hashbrown tray design change. This unique perspective, combining insights as a consumer, store employee, and corporate strategist, allows me to identify opportunities and contribute innovative solutions.

Prepackaged Salad Breakages During Transit

Supply Chain Analyst

Stores can submit a ticket for any issues they encounter with Supply Chain issues. A frequent ticket is having the premade salads break during transit. Transitioning from the role of Night  Supervisor to Supply Chain Analyst Intern I was able to put into perspective that approximately 3.5 million dollars in spoilage per year is from salad breakages and not from expired product.

Automated Task

Supply Chain Analyst

As part of a process engineer's job is to keep track of the costs associated with a project. For every project there is approximately 100+ P&ID's that need to be looked at and record all the pipes, values and specialty instruments. Reviewing the P&ID's can be tedious and I was able to cut down about 80% of the work load and taught my coworkers how I did it.
